How do I book or confirm an AV hire?

You can book by calling us, emailing directly, or filling out the form linked to each product. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send you a quote and booking details.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for smaller events. For larger events involving custom stage design, branding, or printed visuals, we suggest allowing 2 months for planning, design, and production to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you offer delivery outside of London?

Yes — although we’re based in London, we’ve delivered AV solutions for events in Cardiff, Nottingham, Dublin, and other locations across the UK and Ireland.

Is there a minimum rental duration?

Yes — our standard pricing is based on a 1-day rental rate. Longer hires are available with multi-day or weekly rates upon request.

Do you provide emergency AV hire?

Yes — we do offer short-notice AV hire, depending on availability. Common items like plasma screens for exhibitions can often be booked just a few days in advance. Contact us as early as possible to check stock and scheduling.

Can I customise the packages listed on the pricing page?

Yes — our pricing page shows example packages, but everything is fully customisable. We’ll tailor your AV hire package to suit your event, venue, and technical needs.

Do you offer technical support during the event?

Yes — our experienced AV technicians are available to manage setup, run the show, and provide on-site support throughout your event, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Can I hire AV equipment without a technician?

Yes — for simple setups like a screen, laptop, or single mic, dry hire is available. However, for more complex events involving multiple microphones, video switching, or live mixing, we strongly recommend hiring a technician to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Are setup and delivery included in the equipment prices?

No — setup and delivery are priced separately, as costs depend on factors like event location, access, and the labour required. We’ll include these in your personalised quote.

Do your prices include VAT?

No — all prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your final quote.
